monday meal plan

MONDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, veggies, fruit
Dinner: ultimate nachos, salad

TUESDAY:
Breakfast: poached eggs, toast, smoothies
Lunch: egg salad sandwiches, spinach salad
Dinner: white chicken chili, cornbread

WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast: french toast, fruit
Lunch: southwest chicken wraps, veggies
Dinner: buffalo chicken sandwiches, salad, veggies

THURSDAY:
Breakfast: oatmeal with berries
Lunch: chicken nuggets, tater tots, fruit
Dinner: quiche au roquefort, spinach salad

FRIDAY:
Breakfast: blueberry cornmeal muffins, smoothies
Lunch: sandwiches and salad
Dinner: leftovers

WEEKEND:
out of town!

EXTRAS:
whole wheat bread, zucchini brownies, pinto beans
